John W. Masotti is a Co-Founder of MMBA and the managing partner of Masotti & Masotti, LLC, a multi-generational CPA firm founded in 1960.

Larry Liermann

Larry Liermann is Co-Founder and Head of Sales & Partnerships at MMBA, where he leads the company’s business development efforts and discussions with strategic partners, including Higher Education Institutions, Enterprise clients, and various industry organizations. He has led global sales teams at trading technology companies and is also a former Co-Founder of another Educational Technology startup.

Sean Larkin

Sean is a Director at MM Blockchain Advisory, LLC and the Founder of LBC, an outsourced CFO Firm based in Fairfield County, CT specializing in Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies. LBC is strategically aligned with Blockchain Advisory MMBA and is currently engaged in numerous areas within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.

Taylor A. Franchi

Taylor graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2018 with a Bachelors in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) in just two and a half years. She received her MBA with a concentration in Finance in May of 2021 from Johnson & Wales University. In addition, Taylor has recently passed all four parts of the CPA exam.

Brandon M. Tippelmann

Brandon M. Tippelmann is a public accountant for Masotti & Masotti, LLC. Brandon graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting.

Shahreen Jahan

Shahreen graduated from City University of New York Hunter College with a Bachelors in accounting. She is currently in pursuit of her CPA, Certified Bitcoin Professional, and Certifies Ethereum Professional.
